  • JAYNE LEWIS-ORR, PRESIDENT AND TRUSTEE

    Jayne is the Executive Director of the Professional Beauty Group, overseeing iconic industry brands such as Hairdressers Journal International, Professional Beauty and Salon International among others.

  • HELLEN WARD, VICE PRESIDENT

    Hellen is co-founder of Richard Ward Hair & Metrospa, the largest and highest grossing independent salon in the UK. She lectures and educates other salon owners both in the UK and internationally and is author of industry textbooks for City & Guilds.

  • PHILLIP ROGERS, CHAIRMAN

    Phillip Rogers has an impressive hairdressing career spanning over 50 years, over 40 of which were spent working with Vidal Sassoon. He has been a Council member and subsequent Director for the charity, and for the Fellowship for British Hairdressing for more than 40 years.

  • NATALIE MEROLA (nee BOOKER), CHARITY MANAGER

    Natalie Booker manages the day to day running of our busy charity office, and is trained in both public and customer relations and events.

  • PHYLLIS MABEY, TRUSTEE

    Phyllis Mabey started her career in hairdressing in 1947, with a very impressive 70 years in the industry. After a very successful career managing her own salon in Marylebone High Street, Phyllis still enjoys looking after her clients and being with her colleagues.

  • LYNN HICKEY, TREASURER AND TRUSTEE

    Lynn is one of the Hair and Beauty Charity past presidents. She has been the Financial Director for Seanhanna for over 21 years and is now a joint owner. Lynn is trained in many different challenges, having worked in construction before her hairdressing life.

  • SAMANTHA GROCUTT, TRUSTEE

    Samantha has over 20 years in the world of PR, owning her own lifestyle agency, Essence PR. As well as being a hands-on Managing Director, Samantha has several other philanthropic endeavours, and knows pretty much everyone there is to know in the beauty world.

  • SARAH HASHIM, BENEFICIARIES EXECUTIVE

    Sarah Hashim is our first point of contact for those seeking assistance, and existing beneficiaries, providing daily support and advice. Sarah has a background in all aspects of Administration, Customer Services and event organising.
